Who we are

8000 Studio SRL, Romania, operates the website auxilio.ai, the API at api.auxilio.ai and the customer console at console.auxilio.ai. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Website

  • Server logs: IP address, requested page, browser identification and time, kept to run and secure the site (legitimate interest).
  • Cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy.
  • Forms: what you enter when you request an API key or contact us, used to answer you and to set up your account (steps before a contract).
  • Newsletter: your email address, used only to send the newsletter you subscribed to (consent, withdrawn by the unsubscribe link).

Customer accounts

Name, email address, company, billing address and tax identifiers, invoices and payment records, support conversations. Used to provide the service, invoice it and meet accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).

API traffic

Request metadata and token counts, for billing and abuse investigation. Prompts and completions are never stored. Full detail in Zero Data Retention.

Where data is processed

On infrastructure we own in Romania, European Union. Transactional email (form confirmations, account notices) is delivered through Mailgun under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with other third parties except when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Account data: while the account exists, then deleted.
  • Invoices and payment records: for the period Romanian accounting law requires.
  • Form submissions and support conversations: until the request is closed and the account, if any, is deleted.
  • Server logs: rotated on a short schedule, kept only as long as security review needs them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
